Weekly Calls.
If you’ve been looking for more clarity, motivation, and connection in your creative work, these calls, 7.30pm (UK time) every Monday, are for you!
We begin the live calls with a guided private check-in to help set clear, actionable goals for the week ahead.
We then have the option to share our intentions for accountability and hear from other creatives on similar journeys.
We finish with our creative kick-start: focused time to create, separately but together, and take tangible steps towards our creative goals.
The Community Forum.
The Core Creatives forum is the heart of our community - a space to connect, share ideas, and collaborate with fellow creatives anytime. Whether you’re looking for recommendations, support for your work, or just a little creative motivation, you’ll find it here.
We’ve also got a dedicated Creative Focus Room where you can work alongside others, including our Accountability Hour from 10-11am (UK time) every Tuesday and Friday.

Founded by actor and creative mindset mentor Essie Barrow, Core Creatives was started to support fellow creatives through the highs and lows of their work. Essie’s own experience working in the arts fuelled her to create a community that valued connection, support, and developing a healthy creative mindset above all else.

Who is Core Creatives for?
We're here for anyone with a creative goal! Whether you're just starting out, pivoting in your career, or have years of professional experience, there’s a place for you in our community. We’ve welcomed actors, writers, artists, podcasters, DJs, designers, filmmakers, and musicians - all benefiting from shared experiences and support.
What time are the membership calls?
Our Monday Membership Calls are held from 7:30pm to 8:30pm (UK time) every week on Zoom. Doors open at 7:25pm for quick hellos and catch-ups for anyone who wants to pop in early and connect before the call officially starts.
What if I miss the weekly call?
No worries! We know how hectic creative life can be. Our calls are designed to address the week ahead, so if you miss a week, it won’t affect your experience. This is your journey and you're welcome to join as many or as few calls as suit your schedule.
What if I can’t make 7:30pm on Mondays?
Currently, this is our only weekly call time, but we’re planning to introduce a Monday morning session. If this would suit you better, please drop Essie a message HERE so we can gauge interest.
Are the sessions recorded?
Sessions are recorded solely for development purposes. This helps us maintain the live energy of the calls while providing the accountability many of us need, all within a safe and supportive environment.
Should I prepare anything before the calls?
No prep needed! Just bring a pen and paper for your check-in. If you have a creative project in mind, feel free to bring any materials you need. Don’t worry if you don’t; Essie will guide you through everything.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes! Memberships are charged monthly, and you can cancel anytime through your account in the community forum.
Can I try before I join?
Absolutely! Join two weeks of Monday Membership Calls for free - no strings attached. Experience the community, and then decide if our Core Membership is the right fit. Sign up for free HERE.
Which calls can I join with the free trial?
When you sign up for the two free membership calls, you’ll get access to the next two consecutive Monday evening calls. Please note that if you sign up after 6pm on a Monday, your access will start with the following week's call.
